The people who sign their name to it.

A partner is responsible for every matter we take. You will know who, from the first letter.

Schedule 2

Fees, in writing.

Fixed prices where the work is predictable. Itemised hourly billing where it isn’t. Either way, you see the number before we start.

Hourly work is billed in six-minute units and itemised by person and task. Partners from B$550, associates from B$300, paralegals from B$140 an hour. VAT at 10% applies to fees; court fees and stamp duty pass through at cost. Retainers sit in our audited client account, separately from the firm’s money.

Notes from chambers.

Short, practical briefings. General information, not advice — every case turns on its facts.
